About the Role

Primerli is scaling fast - on track for 10x growth in 3 years - and we are evolving our operations to power that growth trajectory. We are looking for a Head of Operations who is curious, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

As the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of key operational workflows and collaborate with all other functions to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and contribute to a variety of initiatives, from workflow automation to strategic special projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve:

Running key operational workflows and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination
Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline internal processes
Supporting our enterprise customers by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering timely, thoughtful assistance
Maintaining and analyzing reports and dashboards to track performance and uncover actionable insights
Driving the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects that accelerate business growth

While the company is based in California, you will work remotely with a global team.

What we’re looking for

‍Experience & Skills

STEM background: bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
Operations experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role (consulting or startup experience a plus)
Strategic problem-solver: able to break down complex and ambiguous problems and build scalable solutions
Analytical skills: comfort working with data and BI tools (programming experience is a plus)
AI native: familiar with (and excited to learn) AI tools that enhance personal productivity and expand what you’re capable of achieving
